We are very thankful for the advice and guidance from Jo, and we’ve realised it’s us who needs the training as opposed to our 2-year-old border terrier! We had been struggling with some of Olive’s behaviours, tried different tactics fleetingly before, and conceded that it was just her who is extremely vocal, excitable, and volatile, with a high prey drive. But Jo has been methodical, started with the root causes, broke all the behaviours down and translated Olive’s actions for us which we had previously misunderstood. We’ve already seen a shift in Olive at home where she can self-calm and relax more easily, we appreciate we still have a journey ahead of us to unwind and reset behaviours with Olive but with Jo’s expert guidance we fully trust the process and are excited to report back on progress down the line.
